If you're working with large kraft paper rolls and need to split them into smaller widths for your production line, this is the machine that gets it done.
What keeps it accurate?
Two things. First, a magnetic particle brake that controls the unwinding tension. Second, a photoelectric edge correction system that keeps the paper tracking straight. Together, they make sure every slit roll comes out neat and even — no wavy edges, no loose winding.
Speed control is straightforward.
Slitting speed and rewinding speed are both controlled by an inverter. You can dial it up or down depending on the paper type and your production needs.
10 knives, ready to go.
The machine ships with 10 knives as standard. That's enough to get you started, and the knife positions are manually adjustable. Need a specific set of widths? Just set the knives accordingly.
One thing to note — tension control.
Out of the box, tension is adjusted manually. It works fine for most jobs. But if you're running tricky materials or need tighter consistency, we offer a constant-tension control upgrade — just let us know at the time of ordering, as it requires custom engineering.
